While it theoretically has the highest DPS in the game, you need perfect aim to actually make use of it. Heavy Assault Rifle - It's the most fun weapon in the game, and it has long-range capability. It's still a very respectably good weapon. It just doesn't do as much damage as the Chaingun unless your aim is flawless, and isn't hitscan. Plasma Rifle - It does damage, and the weapon mod lets you not even worry about aiming (even when you're dead). You can use it instead of the Rocket Launcher if you prefer hitscan at close range. Unlike most chainguns in video games, there's no speed loss from spinning up the gun, which means you can keep it spun up forever, pretty much. Chaingun - Consistent high damage, and a lack of damage falloff and its weirdly tight spread means you can deal 5 damage a shot from long range which means shooting retreating enemies in the back is not out of the question. These weapons are less commonly used, but much like the more common weapons, they pair better with one of the OU weapons. It does have a longer range capability and the spread is semi-manageable, which means you can chase with it and do 30 damage on people a respectable distance away. Combat Shotgun - Unless you pair it with the Super Shotgun, it's a worse Super Shotgun.Pretty much, if you get sneaked up on, this gun is the #1 choice for not getting instadead.

It's hard to assign an alphabetical letter like S or A+, because weapons perform better with synergy. Organized "roughly" from best to worst, but they are all very good in their own right. I'd say that the worst weapons are still very good weapons, just outclassed if anything.ĩ0% of loadouts should have at least one of these weapons.
